1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Staff OBS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Staff OBS is an employee management platform provided by InvisiWire. It provides tools for organizational structure monitoring, time and attendance tracking, performance appraisals, and overall workforce management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to process, transmit, or store any data that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. As an organization administrator, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees to collect and process their personal data (including location data and performance records) on our platform.

5. Third-Party Services & AI

Our service utilizes third-party providers such as Google Cloud (Firebase), Google Maps, Google Gemini (for AI assistance), and Paystack (for payments). By using our service, you agree to the processing of your data by these sub-processors as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please note that AI-generated insights or summaries are provided "as is" and should always be reviewed by a human for accuracy before taking administrative action.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Staff OBS or InvisiWire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Subscriptions: By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to pay the stated fees on a monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway, Paystack.

Upgrades and Downgrades: If you upgrade or change your subscription plan, you will be unsubscribed from your previous plan immediately and charged the new rate on your next billing date or as processed by the gateway. You will not be double-charged for the same period.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform's paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After this date, you will be locked out of the application unless you select a new plan.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time upon cancellation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
