We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process attendance and payroll data, to communicate with you, and to personalize your experience on the Staff OBS platform.

Additionally, we may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) features powered by third-party providers to help summarize performance reviews, analyze organizational data, or provide conversational assistance.

3. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform securely and efficiently. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For secure database hosting, user authentication, and cloud storage.
  • Paystack: For secure payment processing. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
  • Google Maps & Location APIs: To process geolocation coordinates for accurate attendance tracking.
  • Google Gemini (AI): For powering intelligent features within the platform. AI providers are subject to strict data privacy agreements and do not use your private organizational data to train their foundational models.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We utilize industry-standard practices, including utilizing secure cloud persistence and encryption in transit and at rest.
